Chelsea Gary serves as the Director of Recruitment & Student Programs for the College of Health Professions, Dean's Office.  In this role she is responsible for managing a wide-array of College-wide services to include: student recruitment, orientation, student leadership, and graduation.  She holds a BS in Mass Communications and Master of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Prior to her role in the CHP, Ms. Gary served as Program Coordinator and most recently,  Assistant Director in the Office of Student Experience here at VCU. Here she was instrumental in the creation and implementation of programmatic initiatives to meet the needs of health sciences students. Of which included the SCIE Commission, an inter-professional student commission designed to address cross-campus needs and demands concerning diversity policies. She has also served as an admissions counselor in the Undergraduate Office of Admissions.

Dr. Jared C. Schultz is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Rehabilitation Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University, in the College of Health Professions. He has been working in the area of mental health and disability services for 30 years, twenty of which have been primarily in counselor education programs. Dr. Schultz’s research and scholarly activities have focused primarily on clinical supervision, counselor education, and services to persons with disabilities. He has extensive experience providing consultation and training nationwide in these areas of practice. He has over 60 professional publications, over 120 professional presentations, and has secured a number of grants to support his work. He has served in various leadership roles in professional organizations, including as President of the National Council of Rehabilitation Education.
